HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?!
Appointments for each event open under the “SHOP” tab one week before each event. To view the dates and times appointments open, CLICK HERE
Once appointments are open, you will be able to view and book an appointment time.
YES, you may book appointments for friends!
Each person must have their own appointment.

Do you accept Walk-ins?
I do not accept walk-ins at this time unless specifically stated for that event. All welding is done by appointment only.

Does it hurt?
Nope! Your chain is custom fit to your wrist, ankle or neck, with the last link permanently welded shut. This process is completely pain free, and no clasp means no hassle!

Can I wear my bracelet in the water?
YES! The solid 14k gold or sterling silver chain means your bracelet can be taken on all your adventures.

How much does it cost?
Solid 14k gold bracelets start at $80. Price varies with style.
Sterling silver bracelets start at $45. Price varies with style.
Anklets and Necklaces are priced per inch and start at $6 an inch. Price varies with style.

What if I need to remove my bracelet?
No sweat! The chain can be cut with a pair of kitchen scissors or nail clippers at any time, but please note, this action cannot be undone. If possible, try to cut the chain at the original place of the weld.

What if it breaks or stretches?
Hey, life happens! If your chain breaks or stretches, Kyri can do a reweld free of charge. You can come to any event as a walk-in for a reweld or alteration, but may have to wait in between customers with appointments. You must have your chain, as we cannot replace lost chains.

I got Permanent Jewelry done by someone else but it broke. Can you fix it?
Yes! Repairs on Permanent Jewelry not initially done by Kyri require a $25 repair fee.
You can book an appointment at any event for this service.

My silver chain has tarnished, what do I do?
If your sterling silver chain is exposed to sulphur (present in some water sources, pools, hot tubs) or other chemicals, it may tarnish. You can brighten your chain by using a soft polishing cloth. We recommend Sunshine Polishing clothes. If you need further assistance, contact Kyri directly and she can polish it for you!

What if I need an MRI?
If an MRI or a medical procedure is needed where you must remove your Permanent Jewelry, simply cut the chain with kitchen scissors or nail clippers, near the ending ring. Keep your chain to be re-welded if desired.

Can I travel with my permanent jewelry?
Yes, precious metal jewelry does not need to be removed when going through Airport security or when passing through metal detectors.

Is there an age requirement?
You must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. At the time of your appointment, a waiver form must be signed.

I would like a Bracelet AND an Anklet. Can I do this in one appointment?
Each appointment is 15 minutes long. Unfortunately this is not enough time to fit jewelry on multiple body parts. We can do a stack of up to 3 bracelets, but if you would like a bracelet AND an anklet (or Necklace) you would need to book additional appointments.

My chain fell off and I lost it. What now?
Unfortunately lost chains are not replaced by Kyri Jewelry. A new chain must be purchased.

Can I schedule a personal appointment with you?
All Permanent Jewelry appointments must be scheduled during Pop-up events. Unfortunately I do not accommodate personal appointments.

Can I host a private party?
We are not accommodating Private Parties at this time, but stay tuned for potential future changes!
