Repairs are only accepted on Kyri Jewelry pieces. At this time, we do not repair jewelry items not made by Kyri Jewelry.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our studio to initiate a return by emailing kyrijewelry@gmail.com.
All return requests must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the item. All returned jewelry must be unworn and in new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for returned rings.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
RING SIZINGS
Rings made by Kyri may be sized depending on the gemstone size and type, however large gemstone rings often cannot be altered. Please be sure of your accurate ring size before purchasing online.
If you would like more information on your ring sizing options, please send an image of your ring to Kyri at kyrijewelry@gmail.com to initiate a sizing. We are currently only sizing rings originally made by Kyri
